1. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or broken, report it within 7 days for a free repair or replacement.

2. Unopened Returns

Return unused, unopened items in original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

All Davis equipment includes standard manufacturer warranty supported by our technicians.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-built mounting structures or specialized sensors built to order.
  • Completed installation, site survey, or calibration labor once accepted on site.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your Invoice/PO number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will guide you on returning the item to our Cebu service center.
  3. Once inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your bank account.
