  • If payment remains outstanding for more than 60 days, we may engage a debt recovery agency, and all associated legal fees will be charged to the client.
  • Clients are responsible for any withholding taxes imposed by their country's legislation; invoices must be paid in full without deductions.

  • APPLIED EXPERT SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE INC. commits to delivering services and products within agreed timeframes.
  • However, all delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of performance.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays or failure to deliver.

5. Claims and Disputes

  • Any claims related to delivered goods or services must be notified in writing via recorded delivery to our registered office within 8 days of delivery or service completion.
  • Failure to notify within this timeframe shall constitute acceptance of the goods or services as delivered.
  • All disputes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
