Three days, one Zoom room, and a lineup that started with PAGASA itself. The Rice Watch Action Network (RWAN) invited APEXS to join their 3-day Buguias CIS Training, kicking off Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at the request of Ma'am Jean from RWAN.

A PAGASA representative opened the training with an introduction to weather monitoring, setting the stage for the sessions that followed.
