Ever wondered what "APEXS" actually stands for? Here's the real story behind our name.
"AP" is for Applied. "EX" is for Expert. Put together, that spells APEX, but "Apex" was already taken by more companies than we could count. So we added Systems and Software, both starting with S, giving us that extra S at the end: Applied Expert Systems and Software Incorporated.
That's quite a mouthful for everyday use, which is exactly why we go by the short, friendly alias you already know: APEXS.
