Ilocos Sur just got a little more storm-smart. The Municipality of Bantay's Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) has installed a brand-new Davis Vantage Pro2 weather station.

From April 15–17, 2024, our technical support specialist Jaymar Anasco handled the installation and trained LGU Bantay's team to run it, log data, and keep it maintained. The station tracks temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind speed, and rainfall — everything the municipality needs to spot trouble before it arrives.

Thanks to LGU Bantay's staff for making the install a smooth, three-day success. Better weather data means better-prepared communities. If your LGU is ready to get the same head start, APEXS is here to help.
