Out at the mining site in Sitio Gango, Bon-ot, Carrascal, keeping operations safe starts with knowing what the sky is doing. That's exactly why Carrascal Nickel Corporation (CNC) just brought a brand-new Davis weather station online.
From November 11–14, 2024, our technical support specialist James Curl Acejo installed the station and trained CNC's on-site team to run it with confidence, working side-by-side with CNC staff for a smooth, four-day rollout.
The station now feeds CNC live readings on temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, wind speed and direction, and rainfall — the exact numbers that help a mining operation make the safe call, optimize resources, and keep an eye on its environmental footprint.
Responsible mining runs on good data. If your site could use the same real-time confidence, let's talk about a Davis weather station built for your terrain.
