After nearly 30 years of steering the company with vision and heart, longtime CEO Shelly L. Shannon is stepping into a well-earned retirement. Taking the reins starting January 1, 2025: Ken S. Brown as CEO and Betty S. Brown as President — Shelly's own children, raised on the same passion for getting weather data right.
Shelly's fingerprints are on nearly everything APEXS has built, from long-standing customer relationships to a reputation for showing up when it matters. Ken and Betty have been part of that journey for years already, and they're ready to carry it forward.
