On November 27-29, 2024, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of Pototan, Iloilo, successfully installed a Davis Vantage Pro2 Plus weather station, complete with a WeatherLink console, at its headquarters. This new equipment will provide valuable real-time data on weather conditions, significantly enhancing the MDRRMO's ability to monitor and respond to potential weather-related emergencies in the Municipality of Pototan.
The installation was a collaborative effort, made possible through a partnership between Lifelong Disaster Supplies Trading and the MDRRMO Pototan. MDRRMO staff played a crucial role in ensuring the project's success. Our technical support specialist, Jaymar Anasco, was deployed to provide expert training and oversee the installation process. The project benefited from the dedication and support of MDRRMO Pototan staff, the contractor, and other departments involved.
